Do you offer monthly bookkeeping services?

Yes. APS by Ree offers monthly bookkeeping support designed around the level of financial management your business needs—from routine transaction management and reconciliations to more comprehensive bookkeeping and financial reporting.

What accounting software do you work with?

APS by Ree primarily works with QuickBooks Online and Wave Financial and can also work with your existing financial records and processes. We'll review your current setup and help determine the best approach for keeping your books organized, accurate, and manageable.

Can you help clean up or organize past records?

Yes. Cleanup and catch-up bookkeeping services are available for businesses with backlogs, unreconciled accounts, disorganized records, or financial records that need to be brought up to date. We'll first review the condition of your books to determine the scope of work needed.

How do I know which level of bookkeeping support I need?

You don't have to figure that out on your own. We'll review your current bookkeeping needs, volume of activity, existing records, and the level of ongoing support you need to determine which service level is the best fit for your business.

Do you help with business formation?

Yes. APS by Ree provides business formation and startup support, including entity selection guidance, registrations, foundational business documents, compliance considerations, and other setup needs. Yes. Branding and website support are available as part of our Business Solutions services. We can assist with brand identity, professional website development, and creating a consistent professional presence for your business.

Are your services customized for my business needs?

Yes. Business Solutions are tailored to your goals, current systems, stage of business, and the level of support you need. We'll identify the areas where assistance is needed and build the service around your specific business rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.

Do you provide ongoing business support after my business is established?

Yes. APS by Ree can continue supporting your business beyond the initial setup with administrative and operational support, compliance assistance, registered agent services, business documents, branding, website support, and other services as your business grows and changes.

What documents do I need to get started?

How long does the tax preparation process take?

Turnaround time depends on the complexity of your return and the information provided. Simple returns with all required documents submitted may be completed within a few hours, while business and specialized returns generally require additional time. Providing complete information from the start—and asking questions in advance—helps streamline the process, reduce back-and-forth communication, and minimize additional requests for information.

How are tax preparation fees determined?

Fees are based on the complexity of your return, including the forms, schedules, businesses, documentation, and filing requirements involved. You'll know what applies to your return before we get started. All prepared returns also include Audit Protection at no additional cost.

Communication & Support

Will I work directly with you throughout the process?

Yes. At APS by Ree, you'll work directly with Aurelia Wilson from start to finish. We believe in clear communication, personal attention, and building lasting relationships with our clients.

Do you offer remote services nationwide?

Yes. APS by Ree provides remote services nationwide. Most services are handled virtually, allowing you to receive professional support wherever you are without the need for an in-person appointment. However, if an additional level of comfort or personal discussion is needed, arrangements may be made to meet in person to discuss your service needs.
